Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If there are extenuating circumstances, we will review it on a case-by-case basis. If a return, or cancellation, is accepted there will be a 5% restocking fee.

Quality Guidelines

Keyboard Cases

A Stock

Cases sold as "A Stock" are free from visible defects when fully assembled. Cases may have machining marks or anodizing marks/defects on non-visible surfaces.

A- Stock

Cases sold as "A- Stock" may have small visible defects, that do not affect the function or fitment of the parts, when fully assembled. Examples include, but are not limited to, slight mismatched anodizing between same-color parts, small defects in the anodizing, or small scratches on the case.

B Stock

Cases sold as "B Stock" may have larger visible defects, that do not affect the function or fitment of the parts, when fully assembled. Examples include, but are not limited to, major differences in anodizing between same-color parts, major defects in the anodizing, or large scratches on the case.

C Stock

Cases sold as "C Stock" may have larger visible defects that affect the function or fitment of the parts when fully assembled. Examples include, but are not limited to, dents, deep scratches, missing parts, or cracks. We do our very best to never sell these cases as they are not a reflection of our quality control processes. Most of these cases are kept for improving quality control processes, test fitting, or personal use.

PCBs

A Stock

PCBs sold as "A Stock" are free from defects when fully assembled. PCBs may have small scratches from handling.

A- Stock

PCBs sold as "A- Stock" may have small defects, that do not affect the function or fitment of the parts. Examples include, but are not limited to, minor defects on the silkscreen or decorative exposed copper.

B Stock

PCBs sold as "B Stock" may have larger defects, that do not affect the function or fitment of the parts. Examples include, but are not limited to, major defects on the silkscreen or decorative exposed copper, large scratches that do not affect PCB function.

C Stock

PCBs sold as "C Stock" may have larger defects that affect the function or fitment of the parts when fully assembled. Examples include, but are not limited to, cut traces, improperly wired circuitry, missing components, broken sections, improperly sized PCB edge cuts. We do our very best to never sell these PCBs as they are not a reflection of our quality control processes. Most of these PCBs are kept for improving quality control processes, test fitting, or personal use.
